Membership Engagement Executive

Join a leading Financial Services Membership Body

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Engagement Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and member engagement through effective written communication and relationship-building.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent writing abilities, with a proven track record of creating compelling proposals, reports, and pitches. You will work closely with our Commercial Director and Account Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain and drive effective use of CRM data.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Agree Sales Targets with the Commercial Director and Account Manager.
  2. Prepare Written Approaches for the Commercial Director and other sales leads, using a variety of formats and styles.
  3. Follow Up Written Approaches via telephone to secure sales meetings with C-suite individuals.
  4. Research Corporate Websites and industry websites to prepare sales meeting briefings/proposals.
  5. Maintain CRM Data and drive effective use of CRM systems.
  6. Assist with Sales Pipeline Management and other ad-hoc duties as required.
