We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Engagement Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and member engagement through effective written communication and relationship-building.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent writing abilities, with experience in creating compelling proposals, reports, and pitches. You will work closely with our Commercial Director and Account Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain and drive effective use of CRM data.
Key Responsibilities
- Agree sales targets with the Commercial Director and Account Manager.
- Prepare focused letters and email approaches for the Commercial Director and other sales leads.
- Follow up written approaches via the telephone to secure sales meetings with C-suite individuals.
- Research corporate websites, social media, and industry websites to prepare sales meeting briefings/proposals.
- Maintain and drive effective use of CRM data.
- Assist with the management of a sales pipeline, preferably from having worked or currently working in a membership organisation.
- Experience of working with CRM systems is essential.
