Classroom Excellence Coordinator

EDEX is a dynamic and innovative school community that is dedicated to excellence in education. We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher to join our team, who shares our commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our students. This is a full-time, permanent post with a start date of April 2025. The successful candidate will be paid via the school on a MPS1 - UPS3 salary scale, estimated at £40,000 - £100,000 per annum.

The Head Teacher is keen to attract top Primary Teachers to our team, and has made this post available to both NQTs and experienced Primary Teachers.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- UK QTS qualification
- A deep understanding of the Primary curriculum and its implementation
- A passion for education and inspiring young minds to learn
- An appreciation of the teaching standards and expectations
- You should be able to demonstrate excellent lesson observations and feedback
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Monitoring pupil progress and development through regular assessments
- Participating in whole-school events and activities
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
