Transformation Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to coordinate our transformation project in London. As part of our dynamic team, you will provide administrative support to our Executive team and contribute to the successful delivery of this project.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project timelines, track progress, and report to stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Requirements
- Educated to A Level Standard
- Five years' experience in project coordination or executive support roles
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Compensation Package: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
