Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to join our team in York. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
