Role Overview:
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Lead Band 8 Physiotherapist to provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions for a caseload of children with complex needs. This role includes clinical development of staff and growth of the service to meet the hospital's needs.

Our client is the UK's only private hospital dedicated to the healthcare of women and children. They deliver over 1,600 babies annually, prioritising safety and high-quality care of expectant mothers.
- Manage a complex caseload independently, handling approximately 30-50% billable units per day.
- Utilise expert clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and advanced objective assessment skills for children with complex conditions.
- Perform specialist physiotherapy assessments for clients with diverse and complex needs.
- Provide supervision to junior and senior therapists, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
- Support the Head of Therapies in organising and managing the Paediatric and Women's Health Physiotherapy team.
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- At least 6 years of experience as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in acute, community, or education settings
- Previous experience in people management and leading a team
- Proficiency in paediatric physio assessments and interventions relevant to a paediatric client group
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in paediatrics relevant to your field
