Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join our Qualifications Team, Membership Division at ICE Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating professional development activities and providing advice and guidance on academic qualifications and graduate membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online or physical exams as required, ensuring adherence to policy and data protection requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills and administrative experience in a team-oriented office environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and experience using databases to manage exam logistics.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: £33,094 per annum.
  • 25 hours per week, with 1-2 days per week in the office.
  • 23+ days annual leave plus 2 fishing days.
