Learning and Development Coordinator

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs at Protocol Education Ltd. You will work closely with our SEND team to develop engaging educational materials and provide one-to-one support to students.
Salary:£29,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver educational programs tailored to meet the unique needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
- Provide guidance and support to students with special educational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Proven experience in teaching or supporting students with special educational needs.
- Possession of relevant qualifications and/or skills in education or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
