**Job Title:** Learning and Development Tutor

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Tutor to join our team in Westminster, London. As a Digital Skills Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for learners, tracking their progress, and assessing them in line with service requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver interactive and engaging learning sessions.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with course leaders to develop curriculum materials and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital literacy education.
  • Contribute to the development of assessment tools and evaluation methods.

**Requirements:**

  • A recognized teaching qualification (Level 3) such as QTS or PGCE.
  • Proven experience in teaching adult learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital literacy software and tools.

**Estimated Salary:** £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
