Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Oswestry. This is a great chance to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including discretionary bonus, training opportunities, and enhanced overtime pay.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Operative, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing inventory shipments
- Preparation of jobs and equipment within the warehouse
- Maintenance of accurate stock levels and records
- Loading and unloading client assets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience with manual handling
- Own transport due to the location and lack of public transport
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
- A hard-working and positive attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and multitask
We offer a range of benefits, including discretionary bonus, training opportunities, and enhanced overtime pay. You will also have the flexibility to choose your working hours (37.5 hours or 45 hours weekly contract).
