**Project Co-ordinator Job Description**

A key member of the company’s sales team, responsible for the co-ordination of large scale orders of batteries and chargers, battery change cars and battery management systems. A key member of the project team working to ensure orders on suppliers are placed and followed up, working with warehouse to manage project logistics. Reporting on project progress to Project Manager.

**Responsibilities of a Project Co-ordinator include**:

- Creating purchase orders in ERP system and placing orders on suppliers for all components needed to successfully fulfil the project.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure that components are scheduled to arrive at the correct time and place.
- Liaising with subcontractors and internal teams responsible for installation work on site to ensure they attend at the correct stages of the project.
- Assisting the Project Manager with quotations for projects.
- Creation of health and safety RAMS needed in relation to each project.
- Co-ordination of invoicing to customer at the correct stages of the project and to ensure invoicing is in line with project contract.
- Co-ordinating logistics for each aspect of the project. Working closely with the warehouse to ensure that components of the project are delivered at the correct point in the project.
- Order entry of projects into the ERP system.
- Providing holiday cover for Sales Order Administrators

**Skills**:

- Have proficient organisational skills.
- Knowledge of battery or battery change industry or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Be dependable and professional to customers, suppliers, and staff.
- Have computer and software skills, SAP Business One desirable.
- Be able to communicate successfully in both written and verbal format.
- Be decisive, resourceful, inventive, with excellent attention to detail skills.
- Pro-active, problem solving and ability to use own initiative.
- Team Player

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
