It is a fast paced and energised environment which relies on organisation and efficiency. You will be working alongside the Warehouse Management team to ensure all processes run smoothly to facilitate the first class operation of the department.

Numerous cloud based IT platforms to streamline processes and communication across departments and clients, therefore a good grasp of IT and a self-starter type of attitude is preferred.

- Knowledge and use of Team Track and Current RMS
- Any industry standard qualifications (plant tickets, H&S, first aid etc)

**Your daily duties will include...**

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be the key link between our Logistics, Warehouse and Service & Prep operations ensuring all jobs leaving our central warehouse are loaded correctly, safely and efficiently. You will act as a last line of defence to ensure that all prep stages of a job have been completed prior to loading.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help deliver an exciting portfolio of projects and activations with a range of industry leading clients across the Technology, Fashion and Drinks sectors. You will work with efficiency and commitment to complete your work.

- Assist with planning, managing, coordinating, booking and evaluating logistics operations across a range of external projects liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, crew, transportation companies and customers
- Work within and help to create and implement best practice logistics and crewing principles, policies and processes across the business to improve operational and financial performance
- Manage in-house vehicles, ensuring maintenance, checks and logs are kept up to date
- Working with platforms such as Team Track and Current RMS to manage the aspects of the job.
- Be on hand to answer questions that project and/or production managers might have around booking in crew and transport
- Cover the Crewing and Logistics Manager during absences
- Administration tasks including but not limited to assisting the Crewing and Logistics Manager and Warehouse Manager
- Working with the Warehouse and Service & Prep teams to ensure all loading and unloading bays are assigned to deal with all incoming and outgoing orders.
- Overseeing and assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure it is completed in a safe and efficient manner including strapping and securing loads
- Occasional work outside the stated roles may be required e.g. Assisting with warehouse operations

**Salary**: From £27,500.00 per year
