**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Ideally worked in financial services previously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: £20,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
