**Showroom Assistant**
Shropshire Mobility Solutions Ltd is a fast-growing, Oswestry-based company that provides a complete suite of business to business and business to consumer sales and repair solutions. We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to join our team and help us to grow. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a desire to help others.
**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
- Processes orders from customers by entering information into computer system.
- Assists with new product introduction by providing information about products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintains customer relationships by providing accurate and complete information about products; answering questions; offering solutions; recommending products; following up with customers.
- Management of the diary for appointments and services/repairs
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong written communication skills required.
- Strong phone skills required.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required.
- Ability to work with others as a team member.
**Salary**: £23,400.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
