Property Sales/survey Administrator

A role has arisen in our busy Oswestry office for a full time Administrator within our Sales and Survey departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation of all property marketing material
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Partners and Surveyors
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports
- Deal with telephone enquiries, diary management and administration tasks

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oswestry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estate agency: 1 year (preferred)
- Database administration: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
