Job Description
This role involves building long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters. You will provide technical support, training, and demos, and lead project management initiatives to add new payment solutions and migrate existing ones. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and share relevant insights with clients to help them navigate the evolving payments landscape. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, familiarity with payments industry regulations, and knowledge of front and back-end technologies. The salary for this role is around $125,000 per year, depending on location.
