Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Revenue team in London. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to achieve progressive delivery and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality professional services engagements to improve how companies deliver software. You will also advise customers on software development best practices and how to leverage LaunchDarkly to ship software more frequently and with reduced risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Couple technical knowledge with a consultative mindset to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and influence decisions.
  • Deliver Professional Services engagements to improve how companies deliver software.
  • Advise customers on software development best practices and how to leverage LaunchDarkly to ship software more frequently and with reduced risk.
  • Create a foundation for a strong technical partnership between LaunchDarkly and customers.
  • Solve technical hurdles that impede value realization.
  • Become a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly.
  • Advocate for our customers by translating, aggregating, and representing customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
  • You have a hands-on technical background with a consultative approach.
  • You are an expert in implementing the full software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment.
  • You are experienced developing in at least one of our supported languages: Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android.
  • You can guide customers and teammates in implementing DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
  • You have led teams through development process transformation.
  • You learn and synthesize large amounts of information and make prescriptive recommendations to our customers.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, but have the discipline to know where your attention is most needed.
  • You are a self-starter, excited to take on hard problems.
  • You are passionate about helping customers and have a strong sense of ownership.
  • You can effectively communicate with experts from different backgrounds and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • You have a technical background and are interested in a customer-facing role.
  • You are a deeply curious individual who wants to understand how things work underneath.
Compensation and Benefits

The target pay range for this position in London is £83,000 - £98,000*. This includes base pay and commission*. In addition to salary, we offer Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits.
