Job Summary

In this role, you will drive our technical relationships with partners based across EMEA from initial discovery to integration and ongoing management of our SMB focused partnerships. As the technical interface between partners and internal teams, you will be responsible for building and scaling platform integrations.

About the Role
  • You will be the technical owner throughout the partner integration lifecycle, including technical discovery with partner, selection and SOW process for System Integrators for building new integrations, and technical project management.
  • You will be the interface between partnerships and product/engineering teams, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • You have experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Implementation Engineering or similar role, preferably in the payments industry.
  • You have knowledge/experience working with eCommerce platforms, subscription management platforms, and ERPs.
  • You are confident working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • You are highly organised and able to prioritise shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
  • Fluency in French, German or Spanish is a plus.
