We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our nursing home in London, focusing on delivering high-quality care to elderly residents with dementia. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical practice.
  • To develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies, meeting CQC standards.
  • To work closely with colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment for residents.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £57,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Advanced qualifications in nursing or healthcare management are desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
