We're looking for a dedicated Pathway Development Coordinator to join our Mental Health service in Islington.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the move on pathway across all services, ensuring regular activities that enhance co-production within our services. The post holder will also liaise with landlords and source new move on routes for residents, as well as sourcing funding for activities both internal and externally.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and experience in supporting individuals in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the move on pathway across all services
  • Liaise with landlords and source new move on routes for residents
  • SOURCE funding for activities both internal and externally
  • Work with residents to ensure activities are done in a co-produced way

Requirements:

  • $27,352 per annum salary
  • 40 hours per week working hours
