Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate community-based interventions and support programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Build relationships with residents, community groups, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mental health coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
