We are seeking an experienced Alternative Provision Coordinator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of alternative provision programs tailored to students who require non-traditional learning pathways. You will work closely with external providers, including vocational training centers, therapy programs, and alternative education institutions, to ensure students have access to a broad range of learning opportunities. Additionally, you will develop individual learning plans (ILPs) for students, working closely with teaching staff, parents, and external providers to set and monitor educational and personal goals.
