Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join our Engineering team in Derby, UK. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to product lines within Wabtec UK Engineering and administer the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System.

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce weekly reports, monthly reports, and key performance indicators as required.
  2. Provide technical support and training for different business units on the PLM system.
  3. Month-end reporting on engineering services.
  4. Regular audits of documentation and systems.
  5. General administration tasks, including paperwork processing and travel request management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages.
  • Strong Excel skills.
