We are currently recruiting for a skilled Call Centre Advisor to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd in Daventry. As an Inbound Call Operator, you will be responsible for taking calls from various sources, including social services and the police, and managing a diary to ensure efficient call handling.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking calls and responding to queries
  • Booking appointments and managing diaries
  • Using computer systems to handle a high volume of calls

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call centre or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good geographical knowledge of the local area
