**Summary: Weekend Call Handler**

- **Hourly Rate**: £11.50 - £13.50 (DOE)
- **Working Schedule**: Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Fixed Weekend Day, or Alternative Weekends

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Oversee online bookings, pre-bookings, and chat forum management.
- Respond to calls from the police, youth offending teams, and other contracts, documenting their requirements.
- Accurately and promptly input all essential information into our systems.
- Identify available workers to dispatch upon receiving a call.
- Coordinate workers nationally to attend the requested location.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Caring and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and solve problems effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
