About the Role: As a Daventry Call Centre Operative, you will be working in a busy call centre environment, handling high volumes of inbound calls from social services, police, and other official bodies.
Job Description:
- Booking appropriate adults for interviews and managing diaries using computers
- Providing excellent communication skills and problem-solving without competition
- Working in a smaller team with lots of training and support available
Benefits and Salary:
- A competitive salary: £11.56 per hour (1700 - 2100) and £13.56 per hour (2100 - 0200)
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment
- An average of 42 hours paid per week
- Lots of training and support available
- A sense of job security, as this role can lead to a permanent position
