About the Role

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Call Centre Operative to join our team in Daventry.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent contract with opportunities for career progression and development.

You will be working in a fast-paced call centre environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous way
  • Providing product information and answering customer queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £13.56 per hour (based on 2100-0200) and £11.56 per hour (based on 1700-2100)
  • A split pay rate with opportunities for overtime
  • 4 days on / 4 days off, working all 7 days, with a block of 4 consecutive days off each month

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary for this role is around £30,000.
