Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

This role involves supervising the Customer Experience team and supporting operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, coaching, and improving team performance, as well as strong time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Customer Experience team and provide support for operational initiatives
  • Identify process improvements, analyze call and escalation data, and present recommended action plans
  • Partner with Customer Experience Specialists to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist escalated customer calls and provide guidance to team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional level fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
  • Further education or equivalent experience, including mid-level experience in contact or customer call centers
  • Previous experience in managing, coaching, and improving team performance
