Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Team Leader at GXO Logistics, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to monitor, motivate, and evaluate the performance of warehouse operatives, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), executing the daily work plan, and conducting daily briefs to ensure the team is aligned with company goals.

Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels and strong teamworking skills
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Experience of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
