  • Develop, coach, support, and evaluate the team, including customer service skills in quality assurance processes.

This role requires professional-level fluency in both Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have mid-level experience in contact or customer call center management, preferably in the automotive or similar industry.
