SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role involves supervising the Customer Experience team and providing support for operational initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvements, analyzing call and escalation data, and presenting recommended action plans.
The ideal candidate will have professional level fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) to C1/C2, further education or equivalent experience, and mid-level experience in contact or customer call centers.

- Strong time management, organization, and planning skills
