Bilingual Service Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Bilingual Service Supervisor to join our team at Percepta, supporting the Norwegian and UK markets for our client's existing customer accounts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the Customer Experience team and providing support for operational initiatives.
">- Develop and implement process improvements, analyze call and escalation data, and present recommended action plans to senior management.
- Participate in employee training and development programs, ensuring that team members possess the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, customer interactions, and operational metrics.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a contact or customer call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
