Role Overview
">We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Graduate Teacher to join our team as a Cover Supervisor at a secondary academy in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering teacher training in the future.
About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for covering secondary school classes of all subjects, delivering lessons and ensuring pupils are kept on task. Full training can be provided by Vision For Education.
Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across various subjects
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless coverage
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or A-levels in Education or a related field
- An interest in working in education and with young people
- A resilient, adaptable, and motivated personality
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Experience as a cover supervisor is preferred but not essential
