Education Support Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Secondary Schools within the Daventry area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with previous experience working with children with diverse needs, including those with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.

  • Supporting Student Learning: Providing individualized support to students in various learning contexts, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborative Working: Working closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students.
  • Training and Development: Access to our highly effective CPD Academy to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Benefits and Salary:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid weekly.
