Tutor and Learning Support Specialist

This part-time role involves working with children in their homes and local libraries, providing individualized support and instruction. We aim to create a supportive environment that caters to students' diverse needs.
Pupils with complex needs, including SEMH difficulties, Autism, Attachment Disorder, and Specific Learning Difficulties, will greatly benefit from this provision.
Responsibilities:- Deliver 1:1 teaching sessions in subject specialization.
- Develop strong relationships with students to tailor approaches to their unique needs.
- Be adaptable and adjust your approach as necessary to suit the environment.
- Teach multiple students in the Northampton and Daventry area.
- Enjoy flexible working hours to suit your availability.
- Receive a competitive hourly rate of £25-£30.
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
- Have subject specialization in English.
- Possess a full UK driving license (desirable).
- Temporary position with potential for long-term employment.
- Access to statutory holiday pay.
- Free training opportunities in child protection and prevent duty for registered candidates.
- Require an enhanced DBS check.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £36,000, depending on experience.
