About the Role:
  • Supporting Children: Work one-to-one with children at their homes or public spaces, providing educational sessions and creating personalized learning plans.
  • Developing Resources: Tailor your teaching approach to meet the individual needs of each child, focusing on core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.

Your Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold QTS, be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or have relevant SEN/ SEMH experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with children and families.
