Education Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or young adults, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is essential for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £23,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to pupils in various learning contexts
- Empower and support pupils with SEN to achieve their educational and personal goals
- Promote equality, diversity, and the rights of pupils
- Support the development of a greater understanding of Special Education issues
- Contribute to the values, ethos, and development of the school
