Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to support students in Secondary Schools within the Daventry area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

  • Student Learning Support: Provide individualized support to students in various learning contexts, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Empowering Students: Foster a supportive environment that empowers students with diverse needs, including those with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.
  • Safeguarding and Inclusivity: Uphold the school's values of equality, diversity, and respect for all students.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Advantageous to have prior experience in a school setting, particularly with SEN students.
  • Essential Qualities: Friendly, confident, and calm attitude; adaptable to working with vulnerable backgrounds; good knowledge of Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid weekly.
