About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Secondary Schools across Daventry. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of needs, including those with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students succeed academically, emotionally, and socially, with a calming presence that engages well with Year 7 to Year 11 pupils. Your dedication to ensuring all children reach their full potential will contribute significantly to the values, ethos, and development of the school.
