We are seeking an Education Support Staff member to join our team at Teaching Personnel, working in Secondary Schools within the Daventry area. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the educational and personal development of pupils with special educational needs.

About the Position
  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young adults with SEN and contributing to the creation of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, other support staff, and parents to develop and implement strategies that promote pupil progress and well-being.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with children with a range of needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support pupils in various learning contexts to aid their learning, development, and progress across the curriculum.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to promote a sense of community and belonging.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities.
