Special Education Teaching Support Specialist

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of needs, including those with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional and academic support to students
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Contributing to the values, ethos, and development of the school
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, paid weekly. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive:
