Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Specialist to join our team in Daventry and surrounding areas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tuition services to students with special educational needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with SEN needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties, as well as those who are looked after (LAC).

About the Role

You will work closely with local authorities to provide 1:1 tuition to students who require additional support due to various reasons.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing personalized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Providing educational sessions face-to-face at the student's home or public spaces
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QTS, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or SEN/ SEMH experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build effective relationships with students and their families
