The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties, as well as those who are looked after (LAC).

About the Role

You will work closely with local authorities to provide 1:1 tuition to students who require additional support due to various reasons.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing personalized learning plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Providing educational sessions face-to-face at the student's home or public spaces
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QTS, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or SEN/ SEMH experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build effective relationships with students and their families
Salary and Benefits
