Job Overview

The LMP Group is seeking a highly skilled Coaching and Mentorship Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality engagement sessions, developing activities and resources to meet student needs, and supporting the participation, retention, and progression of students to achieve the best outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £75 per session, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will work closely with the school lead to set targets and report on progress, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality coaching and mentorship sessions

Requirements:

  • DBS (essential)
  • Coaching, Mentoring, Assessing or Teaching qualification
  • 3 or more years of experience working with 11-16-year-olds
  • Experience in delivering training and working in diverse education, community, and/or sports environments
  • Experience of working with young people who are hard to engage
