Engagement Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Engagement Coach to join our team at the LMP Group. As an Engagement Coach, you will play a vital role in mentoring and supporting students' needs, promoting their participation, retention, and progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, coaching, or mentoring, with experience working with young people who are hard to engage. You should possess excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a nurturing approach. A DBS clearance is essential for this role, and previous experience in delivering training in diverse environments is highly desirable.

As part of our team, you will work closely with the school lead to set targets and report on progress and behaviors. You will also develop activities and resources to meet the needs of students, ensuring their social interaction, critical thinking, and restorative practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality engagement sessions
  • Support students who require extra one-on-one assistance
  • Collaborate with the Lead to plan and deliver sessions
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, students, and stakeholders
  • Undertake necessary training and CPD as relevant to the role

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Our package includes 5 days per week, 5 hours per day, and paid holiday. The role is based onsite at our Daventry provision.
