Your Role
You will work closely with the school lead to develop and deliver activities that promote student engagement and motivation. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting students who require additional guidance, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging activities that promote student participation and retention.
- Collaborate with the school lead to plan and deliver sessions.
- Support students who require additional guidance through one-on-one sessions.
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A DBS check (essential).
- A coaching, mentoring, assessing, or teaching qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience working with 11-16-year-olds.
- Experience delivering training and working in diverse education settings.
- Ability to work with students who are hard to engage.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour week. You'll also receive 28 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, and access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
