Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Assessment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair method. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest standard and that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair method
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and maintain a high level of productivity
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to health and safety guidelines
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop
* Strong team player with self-motivation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
* Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
