**Job Title:** Special Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Support Professional to join our team at one of our Partnership Schools in the Daventry area.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time. The successful candidate will provide invaluable support to pupils with a range of needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to pupils in various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community, to aid their learning, development, and progress across the curriculum.
  • Empower and support pupils with a range of needs to achieve their educational and personal goals.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and the rights of our pupils to be treated with respect and seen as learners.
  • Place emphasis on support and empowerment for our pupils.
  • Promote a greater understanding of Special Education issues and upholding the values of the school.
  • Provide high-quality support in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have relevant professional or personal experience in SEN and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of SEN and ability to work with pupils with varying levels of need is essential.
