Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Secondary Schools

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support to pupils with varying needs in secondary schools within the Daventry area. As a successful candidate, you will empower and enable students to achieve their educational and personal goals.

About the Role:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs (SEN) is advantageous.
  • Able to work with vulnerable backgrounds and have good knowledge of safeguarding principles.
  • Passionate about helping students succeed academically, emotionally, and socially.
