Daventry Night Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the night shift team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will include managing staff, maintaining accurate records, and implementing procedures to improve workflow and productivity.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid FLT Reach License and a UK Driving License. Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits
Our client offers a competitive salary of £15.75 per hour, paid weekly. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive access to additional benefits, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Working Hours
The working hours for this position are 10pm-6am, following a four on, four off shift pattern. This provides an excellent opportunity for those who prefer a non-traditional schedule or need flexibility in their work arrangements.
