About the Role:

NMC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Daventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our on-site stores facility, ensuring efficient inventory management practices, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, stock control, and customer service. They will be proficient in using IT systems (SAP experience desirable) and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the daily management of inventory, including receipt and processing of stock deliveries, and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source products from suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective action as necessary.
